good short!

Pretty good, it's short, but it's still worth watching, because it is enjoyable.
A crazy take on an old tale as you said.
Looks nice, and has some good animation with a fine soundtrack in the background.
For 200k you can't be disappointed.

[Drive Bys Without Guns V2]

Same thing, better graphics.

After watching this one, i went to re-look at V1.
not too my surprise, they are practically the same thing. The same drive by's, the same names of them, same amount of frames, the only real difference that I noticed was the increased graphics.
Everything else was identical, except for the increased file size (which is still pretty small).

I also find it odd that the number of frames after the credits is '1337'.

Good job though.

yes, this wasnt a second episode, i only redid the first one, and one of the names is changed.. (number 3 changed from "the noogie" to "the back pat". and the frames thing is true, it was one hell of a lucky coincidence. and the reason the file size in this one is bigger, might be because of the graphic improvement, but also i didnt compress this one as much.

Graphically Challenged.

Quite an approach to annoying someone, i doubt it would EVER work in real life. It has a lot of potential, but the graphics were simply no-good.
The sound quality was alright, even considering the filesize.

Short load, low score, they compliment eachother.

Besides that, good job.

Song was only decent part.

I didn't get that, the song was pretty good, but for the most part it's just random seizure inducing graphics and not a lot else.
OK in some places, but it's really too random and unstructured to be much good.

[Wing and the Anvil]

Good ending.

It's the only part of the movie that's pretty good. It's downside is that you know the ending, it's so predictable that it makes it not as funny as it potentially could.
Not great in any department, if you like cheap anvil jokes you'll love it.
Could have been worse, but it could have been alot better.

Very well done. I've never heard of that band, but the song sure was nice. Why didn't you play the whole song (whatever it is, please respond :D)?
Very good movie, the graphics werent outstanding, but they wre above average. The sound quality was pretty damn good too, I guess that would explain this monstrous file size. but i guess it all balances out in the end :).
This was fairly original, nothing that really WOWed me, but it was worthy enough to receive my 5/5.

and here is your asnwer :) first of all, thank you for reviewing. Now, I didn't play the whole song because the filesize was getting way too big... and I noticed it were the backgrounds who are the ones responsible for the filesize... so next time I'm going to draw everything myself...

Next time you do something, think carefully about the structure of the fight, this was all over the place, I couldn't work out whether it was supposed to be done in a Dragon Ball Z style, ninja-style or what.
Coupled with the sloppy drawings and blan backgrounds, there's not many redeeming features to this flash.
The preloader gives you a good idea of what to expect. If you don't like it, don't watch the flash.
1/5, consider yourself lucky.

[Maniac Mansion]

Great sprite work!

I always loved Maniac Mansion, the purple tentacle was cool. This is a fun sprite movie, for those who haven't played the game might not get it like they should, but I found it to be very funny.
Nice comedy storyline with a some decent violence.

Not bad, the punchline at the end with the "too short" button is pretty cool. Lipsynching was a bit off of the animation, but the sound was OK apart from that. Looked nice, liked the effect with the mousetrails.

Worth a 4/5. Good job!

I never expected an animation like this one here on newgrounds. It was heartfelt, and very well done! i think i'll be sleeping tonight with my forgotten teddy bear my momma gave me when i was a baby :'(.
Also, I found that the doll before turning into a doll looks like the doll from the KoRn cd Issues. Intentional? I don't know.

Great Job though! 5/5!

Lots of people are mentioning the Korn doll, but I'm sorry to say that I have no idea what they're talking about. If they really are that similar, then I can tell you it was purely coincidence. I'm going to have to go check it out at the music store next chance I get so as to see how similar the two are.
